Gosld Department of General Management:

1. Understand, analysis and practice science in Management in the area consentration Human resource Management, Marketing Management, Public Sector Management and Agribusiness.;

2. Practice an entrepreneur so that student can create their own business and ready to compete in business global Industry;

3. Undestand and implementing Human Resource Police, procedures and practices that contribute to organizational development;

4. Undesrtand about the public leadership profesional who can manage the governance more efective and efecient.

Objective Department of General Management:

1. Have Skill and expertice in Management especially in area Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Public Sector Management and Agribussines;

2. The student Become a successfull entrepreneur both at home and abroad with consistency, ability, will, and hard work and how to deal with risks to get business opportunities;

3. The student will be a leader who can manage the organization well, team work and able to maintain and develop employees to meet the needs of knowledge and expertise in order to achieve organizational effectiveness in achieving its vision and mission;

4. Will be anderstand administrative science who are critical, broad-minded, Public management aimed at achieving more effective and efficient public sector goals and Focus on effective public services.

Learning Outcomes and Competencies:

The following describes the General Management program outcomes and their related assessment process as follows (Knowledge):

1. Foundation knowledge: Mastering in basic Management and Comunication skill, will be support by subject meters in 1st Year are: Introduction to Economics, Principles of Management, Business Matematics, Introduction to Accounting, Introduction to Finance Management, Fundamental of Macroeconomics, Fundamental of Microeconomics and Management Information System;

2. Theorical Knowledge: Expert in Management Knowladge, will be support by subject meters: in 2nd Year Statistic for Busines, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Management Strategic Management, Global Business Management, Managerial Finance, Risk Management, Operational Management, Corporate Governance and Managing Human Capital in Organization.;

3. Applied Knowladge: Student will have applied knowledge will be support by subject in 3rd year such as: Project Management, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Business Research Methods, Leadership and Decision Making Theory, Seminar in Management Recruitment and Retention, Human Resource Training and Development, Strategy Human Resource Management, Consumer Behavioural Marketing, E-Marketing, Strategy Marketing, Public Management and Governance, Public Policy and Political Decision-making , Bureaucracy and Policy Implementation, Agribusiness Management, Post-Harvest Management and Farm management.

2. Technical expertise – understands the management approach, can share responsibility for the planning, management, and use of assessment, is knowledge able about project and services of organization, and can analyse data;

4. Interpersonal skills – can interact with all parties in a sensitive and effective manner and can work on a team;

5. Having entrepreneurship and managerial skills: entrepreneurial spirit, managerial skills, personal skills.
